What does the course include? 
Practical and theoretical tools that can be implemented in professional practice, in the accompaniment in the processes of others and in the classroom. 

1 module subdivided into 6 meetings, so as not to overwhelm you.

This course will be taught live through the Zoom platform, one Saturday per month from May to October, inclusive. The video of the class corresponding to the current month will be uploaded monthly, in order to view it again or see it for the first time, in case you have missed the meeting.

MODULE 1 

  • 21st century nutrition. Paradigm shift. 

  • Looking at the organism from a holistic view (body-mind-spirit).  

  • Understanding our body from the root: Importance of enzymes and micronutrients contained in live foods.  

  • Macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, lipids). Resistance to the insulin.

  • Prevention and treatment of neurodevelopmental, neurological, psychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders: Autism, ADHD, Asperger's, Depression, Alzheimer's, Psychosis, Parkinson's, Down syndrome and related syndromes.
