In  this workshop we are going to see how to combine food at lunch or dinner time.

How to combine vegetables and fruits.

What foods are recommended in case of gastrointestinal conditions.

How can we combine the dish with proteins, carbohydrates and fats so that our

intestine make the most of nutrients.

How often to consume legumes and cereals and the best way to prepare them, avoiding antinutrients

How we replace meat on days we don't eat it or  si by choice we eat a vegetarian diet.

the license María Muller will give a talk on all these topics and the food educators Laura Vannelli and Ximena Bustos Zobra will give a cooking class with preparations of main dishes according to the season of the year, respecting nature and the bioelectric loads of food.

​

We clarify that it is a workshop suitable for celiacs, gluten-free and  es libre casein.
